Nice addition of rubber slugs for the shotguns silvergirl. Do you have any plans of adding rubber bullets for all the major calibres in the game? Would make for a nice simunition to train your marksmanship or use as a non-lethal alternative. For the new updates on the Famas and the M14, the new graphical overhaul on the rifles are well done. Here are some suggestions and proposals: M14- do you plan on updating the M21 rifles as well? Also do you plan on adding new optics for the M14 series scope mounts the same way you did with the G3 or will the M14 be stuck with its standard scope? Famas- do you plan on keeping the Original Famas F1? I would love to see a graphical update for the rare Famas G1.

These improvements are patch oriented so i want to make them not require new games for such small additions. I don't have any models of M21 just these M14s so i replaced the M14 snipers with these two, the M21s remain as before.
What do you mean about original Famas F1? The older BSM model? The old BSM model was actually a Famas G1 named as a Famas F1, now they are all correct. Since these are replacements i don't really plan to include the Famas G1 but it would be as simple as adding the F1 magazine to the new and better G2 model, but unlikely to add a new variant as it requires a new game for shops to update.
The scopes also have the same problem, i can make them easily but adding to shops without requiring a new game is not possible, i can do all of these if you guys want in the next patch but keep in mind you will need to restart the game for G1 and scopes, and rubber bullets if Rai adds them, if some of you don't mind i can do it.
Edit: Had an idea, i can replace the black M14 added by BSM (the one that shows up after the M14 in the cheat shop and has a pistol grip) with a version of the normal M14 with scope mount.
I'm also gonna look in this update more pistols that should be changed to 1x1 size.

It s good idea in my oppinion, for example HK P7 pistols are not pocket pistols and should occupy the same number of squares as sub compact glocks for example. Ah and as I and @nat_Crelk mentioned in this thread somewhere, new models or some replacements for Ruger Security Six revolvers are highly recommended.

What about adding a kit or some NPC gunsmiths who could modify civilian single shot weapons into burst/full auto weapons, and they could add stocks to the pistol variants of weapons like the M4 or AK pistols?

Yes, I plan on adding a great deal of new ammunition types and that includes LTL for many major calibers that I can find that actually exist. It's intended as an addon to the Mercapocalypse mod because Silver does not want to add patches that require a new game (and any new item requires a new game, hence the reason behind doing replacements instead of additions). That's on the list as well in some form - kits that can convert more firearms. The issue for that is going through all these firearms and picking out what can be feasibly converted to others. However, I do plan on looking at these as well.

Side note, I'd like some feedback on ammunition types people would like to see added. I already have a roster of ammunition to add, but I'd like to fill it out some more. I should state that due to engine limitations and whatnot, certain specialty ammunition like dragon's breath and HE rounds for shotguns are not possible. There is no way to define what happens when a bullet hits a target, such as set them on fire or create an explosion, otherwise it would be at the top of my list. But if there are any specific types you'd like to see added for any reason, let me know. Overpressure, glaser, and RIP are already on the list to be considered, but obviously there are a lot more out there (and probably more practical). Also on the list potentially are depleted uranium rounds for certain special calibers. Although not found commercially and probably too heavy for small-arms calibers, some of these rounds may have washed up in the black markets in Algueira by private loaders available in .50 BMG and other calibers (If you're a James Bond fan, you might get the reference here). So fictitious rounds are also considered if you'd like to suggest them (there are already several fictional rounds in the game, I have no problem expanding that as long as they're at least plausible due to "video game magic.")

Fixed the blurring for all posted before, now everything is sharper and clearer to read. I've also replaced some of the default ammo boxes in the game. 9mm EX-STAR is incorrect, it is produced in Israel, so i replaced with the Speer Gold Dot. A new ammo will be created to replace the yellow+red box of the 9mm that simply had the surplus ammo instead of a different ammo type. This new ammo will simply be a CBC FMJ variant as the 9mm currently has no FMJ. 5.56 M193, 5.56 HP, 7.62x51 M80, 7.62x51 M993 (AP), .30 Carbine and .30 Carbine HP now produced by CBC. .357 SIG and 10mm are no longer produced by CBC. New ammo box for new Algeira surplus. Now Algeira will produce the ammo their soldiers use, while Palinero will only produce ammos their soldiers use. The rest of the surpluses not used by these two countries will be assigned to CBC or Norinco. For more variety i'll see if i add different manufacturers for ammos that only have one major manufacturer, such as 9x18mm and 7.62x25. Some new ones: Icons:

Here are other improvements of patch: -Some barrels of the weapons are now shorter because they looked weird before. This affects the XCR, Beretta ARX, AK5c Sniper, and Pindad SS2 Sniper. -AK5c stock is now telescoping instead of folding. -Fix to REC7 stock and magazine coordinates. -Fix to Daniel Defense MK18 stock coordinates. -Revised weight and distance gain of red dots and scopes i added, now the lighter scopes while not providing the same gain will disrupt the balance of your weapon less, and its also less stuff for you to carry. For example the Docter weights 30 grams while the Comp M2 weights 334 grams, so you have more reason to better choose the scopes now. -Revolvers will no longer eject shells. -FN FNC buffed. -Chinese QBZ family nerfed. -VZ58 family rate of fire increased. -Magazine should no longer clip on the side of the new SIG models. -Other stuff i don't remember I'm also testing some new stuff to replace older stuff. For example the old tan M4A1 retexture i did for BSM 2.1 has been replaced, the rusty m4a1 was also replaced by this weapon, restart is not required for it to show up. I might replace other stuff i'm not happy with their looks. This patch will probably be the final in a long time, so i'm trying to polish stuff better that i didn't have time to when i was releasing the mod.
